Mr. Fowinkle is an established, collaboratively trained family law and criminal defense attorney with The Marks Law Firm and has more than 15 years of experience in Seminole, Orange and Osceola Counties. As a prior US Navy Veteran and son of a decorated Navy Commander Aviator, A.J. understands the difficulty military life can have on families and is driven to represent veterans and their families. A.J. volunteers his time in Veteran’s Court as well with speeches to various groups focusing on self-help and addiction issues. When not in the courtroom, A.J. is also passionate about soccer. He played several years in High School in Puerto Rico and has also coached as a volunteer locally. A.J. is an active member of Journey Christian Church in Apopka and has lived in Apopka for over 17 years with his wife Jennifer and two children, JT and Ashlynne.
