OPEN Play

Central Florida SC develops young athletes on and off the field, through the game of soccer. Central Florida SC’s goal is to meet each player where they are in their development and help them achieve the next level – to realize their individual potential.

Our OPEN Play Program is exactly that – Open-play opportunity for all ages (7 & Up)regardless of club affiliation at no charge! Player development is one of the key focal points for Central Florida SC, however sometimes players need to simply get out and play for the love of the game. From time to time, we as a club open up our fields for very loosely organized pick-up soccer. We see this as one way to give back to the game. There is no charge and it is open to all ages (7 & Up) so please feel free to come out as often as we open it up. Our open play day is every Friday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Field #9 at the Northwest Recreation Complex. Please RSVP if you are coming so we can plan accordingly. See you out there…

Program Structure

• 4v4, 5v5 or 6v6 depending number of players.
• Players in charge of:
  • Picking/Organizing Teams.
  • Game Rules.
  • Game Length.
• Club in charge of:
  • Providing safe environment.
  • Setting up fields/goals.
  • Providing Soccer Balls.
  • Providing Bibs/Pinnies.
• NO Coaching – NO Referees – NO Adult Involvement – Just Play!
